Elimination Round Updates

April 17, 2006

First and Second spots have been determined. Two weeks left in the tournament, and we'll then know all of the placings!

March 21, 2006

We're moving on to the final round of the elimination tournament! Andrew won the third game of his match with Allan today. This means that Scott and Andrew will play a match for 1st and 2nd place, and Allan and Joel will play for 3rd and 4th.

We look forward to lots of exciting games!

March 16, 2006

Andrew and Allan played the second game in their match, with Andrew taking the second point. In the meantime, some of the round robin games are still being completed and we will have updates on those next week.

March 15, 2006

Scott and Joel have since completed their match, with Scott taking 3 of the games, and Joel taking one. Andrew and Allan have played a single game, which Andrew took a point for.

March 7, 2006

Scott and Joel played two games today, with Scott taking 2 points.

March 6, 2006

The tension is building in expectation of the first of a possible eight games in the opening round of the elimination phase. A game is expected tomorrow by Scott and Joel, and results will be posted when they come in.
